Problem/Motivation

  Problem 1
    - drupal/custom_notifications dev-1.0.x requires drupal/inline_entity_form ^1.0 -> found drupal/inline_entity_form[1.0.0-rc1, ..., 1.0.0-rc15] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^2.0@RC).
    - drupal/custom_notifications 1.0.x-dev is an alias of drupal/custom_notifications dev-1.0.x and thus requires it to be installed too.
    - Root composer.json requires drupal/custom_notifications 1.0.x-dev@dev -> satisfiable by drupal/custom_notifications[1.0.x-dev (alias of dev-1.0.x)].

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.
