CKeditor does not load if the template file is corrupt

Problem/Motivation

If the template file is not created according to the definition, or a faulty icon is defined, then the complete CKEditor will not load.

The correctness of the template file must be checked to be sure and if necessary, an error message must be issued.

Steps to reproduce

- Install module
- select a wrong configured template file
- check editor
