User registration password email sent when not required

This issue was caused by Symfony Mailer module. I removed the module and site worked as expected.

If you disable overriding, then everything should work as normal. However beware of bug 🐛 Fresh installations emails broken with 1.3.0 Fixed in the current release - you may need to enable then disable the overriding as a workaround.
