Tag a Drupal 10 release (8.x-1.7)

+1 as I need a D10 release for an ongoing project.

I opened 💬 Offering to co-maintain Taxonomy Access Control Lite Closed: won't fix .

Sorry for the delay. I looked over the d10 compatibility work and it's simple enough and was already merged. I went ahead and created a release.
