Roadmap for the embed_block project

I've moved my offer to maintain this project into the Drupal.org project ownership group.

My vision/roadmap for this project:

1. Update the project status to actively maintained and under active development
2. Merge MR 6 immediately from ✨ Embed Block CKEditor Enhancement Needs work
3. Tag a release, 8.x-1.0-rc1 skipping beta because I think it's that good.
4. Create a new 2.0.x branch, begin work on ckeditor 5 compatibility. The ckeditor 5 compatible version of this module will be the 2.0.x version of this module. All ckeditor 5 work will happen in the 2.0.x branch
