Fix Simple OAuth Uncaught PHP Exception after updating and database update

Problem/Motivation

🐛 White screen of death PHP error after doing composer and db update Closed: cannot reproduce
Doing a composer update and the subsequent required database update throws the following php error.

I looks like it is coming from simple_oauth (which I do not need) that is being required by Varbase API module.

Which PHP version you are using?
PHP 8.1 or PHP 8.2

Just tried the beta4 of simple_oauth and it yields the same circular reference.

A page refresh seemed to work though. Hold please while I investigate....

Magically went away with reloads and cache clears and prayers.
