Problem/Motivation

CKEditor 5 only works with HTML-based text formats. The "Email Token Filter" (email_token) filter implies this text format is not HTML anymore.

Steps to reproduce

Step1:- Go to /admin/config/content/formats/manage/basic_html

step2. Select “Email Token Filter“ and save
