The Select Language Label is never used, the block always show the current site lanuage.

I created a patch that changed the Dropdown JS file for a quick solution and this only works if the option Enable CDN is disabled on the configs, which will load the local file.
This was created after applying the patches for issues 3350875 and 3342683

I will update the description with a better solution for this.
