I can confirm that this is an issue with the ABR admin UI after upgrading to 3.0.0.
When I edit a configuration, the "field of the bundle" in the form is blank. After I (re-)select the field and save the configuration, the configuration in the database is correct and the access works properly. If I edit the configuration again, "field of the bundle" is again empty in the form.

I was able to reproduce the issue. Will come back with a fix asap!

Patch attached. The error was in the javascript. It only occured when using 'shared fields' acros multiple node bundles.
I fixed the javascript so it re-selects the correct field.
