Incorrect module title and inconsistent module description

Problem/Motivation

The current module title "CKEditor 5 Templates" does not match the internal designation "ckeditor5_template" and should therefore be adapted.
The same applies to the description "Provides layout and component plugins for CKEditor 5.", which does not clearly describe the module function.

Steps to reproduce

- Install module
- Check module title and description

Change the title and the description
