This module was adapted to Drush version 9 and higher ( 📌 Make migrate:import --migrate-debug compatible with Drush9+ Fixed ) but it still contains old hooks and a drush.inc file that do not work in Drush 9 and higher anymore.
The old Migrate Devel code contains functionality to reload migration configuration. This does not exist in de newer code.
