Navbar

Tanushree Gupta → made their first commit to this issue’s fork.

According to the suggestion I had placed the block in the navbar region in block layout and it was not showing. Resolved that by adding the region of navbar in page.html.twig.

Hello, @Tanushree Gupta,
After applying the patch the navbar region is getting rendered on the page as expected. Though there's no styling on the menu and the header as well, but I think that's beyond the scope of this ticket. Hence moving it to RTBC++
