Javascript console error when taking the Add/ edit annotation page

Problem/Motivation

I could see a javascript error in the console, and thus the annotation popup also not showing up as mentioned in the module description.
please refer the attached screenshot.
I am using D10.1.1 and PHP 8.2

Steps to reproduce

Install the module , and take Add/ edit Annotation of a node.
