Free navigation is enabled for a training. When a user started on the training and stopped at some point and, come back again to training by clicking continue, user is redirected back to start of the training rather than starting at where he/she left off. Save content state in H5P setting is already enabled. However, if guided navigation is enabled, user can able to continue at where it left off.
Also, once the user finished the training and come back again by selecting the Modules in between just to see the content (not re-answering the quiz), this will reset the user's progress for that Module. This also disable the ability to download the certificate as the certificate depends on the progress completion. My suggestion on this is there should be an explicit option in Training setting to let the user to either re-take the Training from start or save the progress state so user can revisit the course without having impacts on progress. But I think this part should be addressed separately as a different issue.
