Consider all types of Layout Builder inline blocks

Problem/Motivation

The patch committed in https://www.drupal.org/project/default_content_deploy/issues/3231297 → for some reason takes in to account only "html_block" inline blocks, while it makes sense to do the same for all bundles.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a node using layout builder
  2. Add to layout builder an inline block of a type different from "html_block"
  3. Export the node with references
  4. See that the inline block was not exported

Proposed resolution

Update the condition to allow all types of inline blocks.
