Remove useless .install file

The first update hook is from over a year ago and I think it'd most likely been covered by other updates elsewhere or dealt with on a per-site basis, as many sites have custom settings for their logo. The second hook is covered in https://github.com/YCloudYUSA/yusaopeny/pull/96 so we should have our bases covered here.
