WSOD class (ThemeConfig) not found - subtheme of at_core 8.x-5.1

Problem/Motivation

Visiting the site results in WSOD.

Steps to reproduce

Simply visit https://americanrtl.org

Info about the error & the site

The theme is a sub-theme of adaptivetheme, created with the AT Theme Generator. The sub-theme worked until recently. I don't visit this site daily or very often, so cannot say when the problem appeared; it was probably recently however.

The problem is a class not found:

Error: Class "Drupal\at_core\Theme\ThemeConfig" not found in at_core_preprocess() (line 27 of themes/contrib/adaptivetheme/at_core/includes/preprocess.inc).

    Wow, it works now. I have no clue why. I did nothing - other than clear cache, which had no effect at the time. I wonder if there was some issue worth noting and doing something about. It appeared from the code that the class was or should have been, "there" or available. However, module owners - please feel free to close this per your own judgement.
