Enforce Workbench Access control

In Drupal 7, users are only able to create content for the sections that they are assigned to. Is there a way to have this option in Drupal 9?

This has all been moved to the new per-entity bundle configuration when you configure the scheme at admin/config/workflow/workbench_access/access_scheme/[SCHEME_ID]/edit, which provides greater flexibility.

This is all documented in README.md.
