Create an up-to-date sustainability documentation

Problem/Motivation

As climate crisis becomes a very dangerous threat for humanity, it's important to have an updated documentation helping people to make their Drupal-based websites a sustainable as possible. While the large part of this topis is the website performance, people also should be aware about inevitable trade-offs and learning about the impact of their sites.

Discuss and create the docs.
