Auto redirect functionality can create redirects with same alias and path

Problem/Motivation

Not entirely sure how to reproduce, but we're seeing redirects being created with the same alias and path when bulk regenerating aliases. It probably won´t occur on default setups; we are experimenting with multiple aliases per node.

Proposed resolution

Add an additional check before creating new redirects.
