Remove dark_responsive_settings_form_submit

Hi @sonam_sharma I have tested this issue in my Drupal 9.5.x.

When I applied Patch #2 it's showing this error:-

<stdin>:23: trailing whitespace.
    else {
warning: 1 line adds whitespace errors.

& when I applied Patch #3 it's showing this error:-

<stdin>:23: trailing whitespace.
    else {
error: patch failed: dark_responsive.theme:33
error: dark_responsive.theme: patch does not apply
error: patch failed: theme-settings.php:19
error: theme-settings.php: patch does not apply

Please look into it.I am moving it to Need Work.

sonam_sharma has been provided 3375877-2.patch so changing status to needs review

I have applied 3375877-2.patch file it work as expected and removes dark_responsive_settings_form_submit attaching screenshot of applying patch so moving this issue to rtbc.
