Test run exposes PHPCS and eslint issues in the module. We should fix those.

Thanks. I dont think this project needs testing of all PRs against multiple Drupal versions. Lets just do D10 on all PRs and setup a Scheduled Pipeline to do D9 weekly. Thats recommended practice by DA.

I've removed all the Drupal CI test configurations in tandem with committing this.
