If the goal is to add a configuration form, I created a MR from @sidharth_soman's patch. That is RTBC.
However, there is still nothing in this form. Is it necessary? Are there issues defining the settings that should be configurable?

There aren't config items yet but I'm expecting there will be so I had started a stub.
