AddressFieldMapping type error

When no fields are required in an address element, and user supplies no data, a type error is thrown from the AddressFieldMapping plugin:

array_merge(): Argument #2 must be of type array, null given in array_merge() (line 58 of modules/contrib/webform_content_creator/src/Plugin/WebformContentCreator/FieldMapping/AddressFieldMapping.php)
