Add BC for asset.query_string service to DbUpdateController::__construct

Problem/Motivation

In 📌 Deprecate _drupal_flush_css_js() and create a new AssetQueryString cache service Fixed we added a new argument to the constructor of Drupal\system\DbUpdateController::__construct but did not add backward compatibility in the case the controller is subclassed and the previous constructor signature is called.
