Copy Payment Element checkout form display label settings to Card Element

Problem/Motivation

When having multiple stripe payment gateways active they get listed in in the payment information pane - all with the same label.

Hence it's not possible the distinguish between them and it's not possible to modify the gateways labels.

Proposed resolution

Either allow setting custom labels in the gateway configuration form, use the administrative name of the gateway or find a way how to give the gateway a meaningful way through information gathered from the Stripe API.

We implemented a robust improvement to label management for Payment Element. The logic could be copied from there to the Card Element plugin.
