to show up on user/xxx/edit

Problem/Motivation

We'd like to use markup field on the user/xxx/edit form to display guidance to the user

Steps to reproduce

Add a markup field to the user account
make sure it is in Form Display
Edit a user account
Markup field does not show. Other custom fields show but not the markup

Has anyone got a solution?

    Hi @nigelwhite,
    It works fine for me attached the screenshot.
    Steps performed:
    1. Under People settings add a field of type 'Markup'
    2. Add the text in the Markup field.
    3. access the edit page of user will able to see the text.
