Provide a way to add alt text when doing bulk upload

As a content editor,
I would like to add metadata to my bulk-uploaded images when I upload them,
So that I don't forget to do it later.

- Upload images
- Observe there is no Alt text field in the bulk form

Expose the alt field on the bulk form
