CKE5 Accordion properties - start collapsed

Right now the accordions start expanded in CKE5. The only way to get them to start collapsed is to go into the source and change the "aria-expanded" to false. As content editors will have trouble doing this, it would be good to add a third check box to start collapsed similar to the cke4 feature.

Create an accordion in CKE5 and save it. Note how it starts expanded when the page is loaded.
