Extra classes for Background Color plugin

Created on 17 July 2023, over 1 year ago
Updated 12 March 2024, 9 months ago

Problem/Motivation

We would like to have a 'global' CSS class applied, instead of only a unique one.
For example you want to apply styling for all layouts with a background-color applied

Proposed resolution

Add class generated with color selected in mind.

I know it is a hacky method, but it does the job for the moment.

By the way, I was looking at the getCssClassName function.
This is a very unreliable method to create classes, as it changes dependending on the amount of instances and position.
I know it is to be sure no style is overridden, but as a front-end developer you are nothing with the 'class' option.
