Nested modals do not close properly when their forms are submitted

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable ME on a content type that has a paragraph configured with a field using Media Browser or Entity Browser
  2. Edit a related node and insert a paragraph with the relevant entity reference field
  3. Edit the entity reference field to trigger a another dialog modal to open
  4. Insert an entity
  5. Observed result: Entity is added but the selection modal does not close
  6. Expected result: The selection modal should be closed

Proposed resolution

Ensure the nested modal is properly targeted to be closed
