Add Card styling for Card Border, Anchor All, Card Size and Equal height variations

Problem/Motivation

  • No styling for SDC Card Components
  • Only HTML tags and Bootstrap 5.3.0 utility classes

Proposed resolution

  • Add Card styling
  • Add Card Border ( true, false) and effect for Featured Card and Impressed
  • Add Anchor All (true, false) with effect for all Card components
  • Add Card Size SCSS and CSS files for all Card components
  • Add Equal height option for Card components to use with row stacked Cards, and to switch off for column staked Cards
  • Issue #3374946 → : Switched from the old View Modes Inventory (VMI)'s variables to the Card naming convention following Varbase SDC Cards components
