[Keyboard Accessibility] Branch Amenities - Visual list is not marked up as list

In discussions with a colleague and reading about aria list accessibility it seemed like we needed an additional label in order to identify the open/closed items. Instead of an aria-label we're using span.sr-only to hide the text from display but speak it via screen reader.

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
