Wrong nesting when putting search or breadcrumbs above page title

The templates add h2 and h3 elements to the (hidden) search block and breadcrumb titles.

Unfortunatelly this causes a nesting error when putting any or both of these block above the page title block.

To fix this I created the attached patch which replaces the h2 en h3 elements with p.
