Email handlers: webform access groups tokens not working

I can confirm the same issue with Webform 6.2.0-beta6.

I use the webform access group tokens extensively and none of them are getting translated to email addresses in my email handlers. Happy to offer some testing on this issue as needed.

That said, while testing I did notice that it is important to create a webform node and assign it a webform access group for the webform access tokens to work. This may potentially solve the the issue originally noted.
