Allow Drupal to handle releasing a lock via drupal_register_shutdown_function

Problem/Motivation

In order to further mitigate the risk of overriding the newer version of the order with the older one, release the lock only after the request is finished. Drupal has a built-in mechanism for it defined in DatabaseLockBackend
