Problem/Motivation

There is a service call on line 159 of FilterTooltips.php. This throws the error (as given in the title) on codesniffer.

Steps to reproduce

Run the phpcs command on the module.

Proposed resolution

Use entityTypeManager to access and load the vocabulary.
