Problem/Motivation

jQuery.once is deprecated and will be removed from Drupal 10. See https://www.drupal.org/node/3158256 →

Remaining tasks

1. Replace jquery.once dependencies with core/once in *.libraries.yml
2. Replace usages of .once() by once() in javascript files
