Fixes to "Basic Plus" card style.

The Basic plus card style needs to be fixed/updated to include the "+" to the left of the item itself.
Attached is a screenshot

This would be a "group" component, set to grid 3, with a list of cards with the card style of "Basic Plus" attached to it.
