Improve usability by opening rename form in new tab

Problem/Motivation

I was happy to find this module to be able to provide my users with a way to rename files.

However, I am concerned that if they make some other changes in the form, then click a "rename" link, they can easily lose the other changes that they made.

Proposed resolution

I think it is better for the "rename" links to open the rename form in a new tab. Then the user can return afterward and save their other changes.

I have made this change in the attached patch. This patch also adds some user messaging to remind them to return to their original tab and save any changes they may have made there.
