Not sure if it is just me, but on every admin page, the Toolbar content is taking 'age' to load, resulting of a 'full menu links' overlay for several seconds. This is very annoying and not happening with the original toolbar.
Install module with standard caching. No devel module. Please see screenshot.
As stated above, maybe this is just me. Did I missed some settings. Using AlpineJS for most of my theming, there is a lovely x-cloak function which is preventing such behavior. Should be possible to replicate that in javascript. If there is another trick, please kindly let me know.

I guess you're on Drupal 10.1. Drupal 10.1 has changed how files are generated and caching in general.
