This sounds like a duplicate of 🐛 Duplicate database entries Needs review but leaving this open in case they are, in fact different. Please try the patch there and leave a comment based on whether or not it resolves the issue here.
The related issue did not fix the issue for me. I created a small patch that just checks if the searchId comes from the Search API Autocomplete module.
