Problem/Motivation

When using this module with symfony/dotenv:^6.0, the following error is thrown when running drush dotenv:dump:

Unable to read the "%dotenv.project_dir%/.env/.env" environment file.

Proposed resolution

Pass the project directory to the DotenvDumpCommand constructor instead of the path to the .env file.
