Thanks for creating that video! It is working now in a "normal" view.
However, it is still not working for the View I want to use it on, which is driven by the Calendar View module ( https://www.drupal.org/project/calendar_view → ). Perhaps that module injects something else that is precluding this from working. My intent was to display the Month calendar view, and then have a tab that the user can click to view the current day's events in a list.

Glad to hear the video was helpful. Yeah, definitely could be some issues between the two modules. Do you see any errors in the browser console?

Unfortunately, no errors in Chrome console or in the Drupal logs.
