show filter on the page should be optional to show on the form as it contradicts the Exposed form in the block.
Also sometimes I don't want admin/editor to have this option when creating a node
having the Exposed form in the block in view as no and showing the filter on the page as false will show "filters" on the node page without the filters
add a new checkbox on "Enable extra settings" field settings as enable show filter on the page checkbox
filters text appears without filters
