Color of Save button in case of translatable terms

Problem/Motivation

With Drupal 10 and Claro theme: In case of translatable taxonomy terms the "Save" button is missing its background color.
Can anybody else reproduce this?

Steps to reproduce

Drupal Version: 10.1.1
Admin theme: Claro
Create Taxonomy and enable translation of terms. Add term. Edit it (within the modal).

I can't reproduce it with a brand new Drupal 10 site.

Drupal version: 10.3.1
Admin theme: Claro

Also I am aware that, in your screenshot, there was no 'Delete' button, which is different from a brand new D10 site.
