Person / Team view

This ticket is to expand the "people" module to include a view, which would display all published people, allow them to sort by a taxaonomy, as well as use a search input to look for a specific persons name ( first or last )

I think the view should use AJAX, which means the content of the view should be wrapped in an "aria-live" tag as well.

In terms of the pagination, I think a default pagination is fine, likely rows of 4 - 16 total items per page.
