Fix failing tests on HEAD

I can't reproduce the failure locally. But there are some deprecation errors, lets fix those.

For PHP 7, the version of commerce is drupal/commerce (2.33.0) and for PHP 8 drupal/commerce (2.36.0). And I suspect it is this ✨ Add payment logging to orders Fixed , which is not in the 2.33 release.

The Ubercart migrations do not include a migration for the commerce_log entity so strictly speaking it doesn't need to be tested. Let's drop it.
