[Keyboard Accessibility] Events "Add to calendar" button isn't keyboard accessible

Problem/Motivation

"Add to Calendar"  button in the sidebar on an Event LB page isn’t accessible when navigating using the keyboard. Consider the list items displayed when "Add to Calendar" is clicked/selected. These items should be accessible via keyboard as well.

Steps to reproduce

- Enable Events LB module
- Add an event

Proposed resolution

- Set tabindex
- Ensure dropdown opens via keyboard
