Allow custom labels for linkit matchers

Problem/Motivation

Currently there is no way to give a custom label to a linkit matcher. The label is always the target type.

I know this might be an edge case, but on larger projects you may have several matchers for the same target type, with different settings and filters. For example, you may have a Forum with ten thousands of entries, you'd like to exclude.

Then you may want to have a matcher "Content (without forum)" and "Content (all)" for example.

But as there's no option to enter a label, it's always content and not easy to distinguish.

Still I think it would be a helpful, but minor addition.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Allow to set a custom label on the entity and prefill it with the target type.
